Day after Thanksgiving Show

The day after get­ting together and fill­ing, pos­si­bly feud­ing with fam­ily, I invite you to join me with said rel­a­tives to relax and enjoy the thanks­giv­ing week­end with a bit-o-music. My drum­mer Doyle shall accom­pany me for an acoustic set at my old haunt Hotel Cafe. I will have new posters, tee shirts and cd’s for sale. Great stock­ing stuffer’s I might add, to con­sider on Black Friday.

In other news, I am join­ing a gym to stave off the hol­i­day bulge. Not that this con­cerns any­one, but It’s been a minute since I blogged and I thought I should share what I have been up to. Swim­ming is my favorite form of exer­cise, then yoga, then cross train­ing between car­dio and resis­tance. My only qualm is that the skin is a sponge and chlo­rine not so kind for said sponge. But until all gyms offer oxy­genated pools, I will be grate­ful for the sanc­tu­ary of turquoise blue. Happy Thanks­giv­ing Every­one, here’s to your health! xo
